New Songs: Rihanna, Taking Back Sunday, etc.

Well, this is huge: The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Apple is in talks to acquire Jay Z’s Tidal music-streaming service. Meanwhile, hundreds of acts – from Paul McCartney to Lady Gaga – have signed a letter to European leaders claiming that services like YouTube are “unfairly siphoning value away from the music community.” A similar letter has gone to U.S. lawmakers.

Let’s sit back and watch the developments. In the meantime, Pauseandplay.com will continue its unwavering support of new music, new songs, new artists and artist rights.
