BTW: "Every song is a spyglass into its composer, and this album is no different," Boyle tells P&P. "My desire, or probably more apt, my compulsion, to look for a deeper layer of meaning in the minutiae of everyday life is readily apparent here. I guess the album is therefore mystical and spiritual, and at times embarrassingly confessional — and always honest.
"On a side note, this album was conceived as a whole, and will reflected as such in performances: the live show will be accompanied by a 1.25-hour film created just for this album by 10 filmmakers and animators collaborating from around the world. The film hasn't been officially announced yet (two of the filmmakers have yet to sign their contracts), but the official press release ought to be forthcoming."
